Welcome to ScreenAI. This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Suinian AI ("we", "our", "us") for the use of our macOS application, ScreenAI.
By using ScreenAI, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScreenAI for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA.
You agree not to: (a) modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software; (b) rent, lease, loan, or distribute the software; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software.
The software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all intellectual property rights.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the software, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Suinian AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use ScreenAI, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
We may terminate this EULA at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
